I was referred with acute pain in my shoulder, Mr Wijeratna listened to my description of the situation carefully, sent me for an x-ray (which was so quick and Lisa was really friendly and put me at ease), and then diagnosed the issue and offered treatment options clearly and without using jargon. I opted for a steroid injection and it provided immediate relief. After a few days I had more movement and was able to progress through physio exercises. At a follow-up appointment 2 months later I was greeted warmly and sent straight through for another x-ray. All seems to be improving nicely so I have been discharged, can't recommend Malin or the Spire at Tollerton highly enough. Their covid-19 precautions were also very effective, including a phone call the day before my appointments to check for any symptoms.
